Come and
enjoy your stay at the Homestead in Aberdeen where the present owners
Lan and Michael will welcome you.
This historic house was build in
the early 1820's on the farm Brakkefontein which was the first farm
house in the area. The owner of the farm Mr. Voster signed the title
deed to the land with Lord Charles Somerset in 1817.
These days we offer a hearty
Karoo style breakfast, dinner on request, unpolluted Karoo air and a wonderful nights rest in one of our en suite, single, double or family
rooms. Relax in the private gardens or the secluded pool. The town
offers a variety of attractions and is well known for it's architecture,
including the following styles, Georgian, Karoo, German and Gothic to
name a few.
